RYA Powerboat Level 1 - 1 Day - £145 per person
Introduces newcomers to boating techniques for launching and recovering a boat from a road trailer, everyday boat handling and the use of safety equipment.
Certificate - RYA Level 1 (Tidal)
Pre Course Standards - None - Minimum age 8. Candidates under the age of 16 will be issued an endorsed certificate.
Level 2 - 1 Day - £295 per person
Provides the skills and background knowledge needed by the competent powerboat driver and is the basis of the International Certificate of Competence.
Certificate - RYA Level 2 (Tidal)
Pre Course Standards - None
RYA Powerboat Intermediate - 1 Day - £295 per person
Covers the practical use of pilotage and passage planning by day on coastal waters, using both traditional and electronic navigational techniques.
Certificate - RYA Intermediate Powerboat (Tidal)
Pre Course Standards - Minimum age 16. Candidates should be competent to the standard of National Powerboat Certificate Level 2 with the coastal endorsement.
RYA Powerboat Advanced - 1 Day - £325 per person
Qualifies the leisure and professional boaters wanting to undertake more adventurous trips in small powerboats.
Certificate - RYA Advanced Powerboat (Tidal)
Pre Course Standards - RYA Day skipper certificate shore-based or equivalent.
RYA Safety Boat Course - 2 Day - £325 per person
Two day course for those who use powerboats to provide support and safety cover for other watersports such as sailing, windsurfing and canoeing. It includes rescue techniques and elements of race management and mark laying.
Refresher Training - 1 Day - £250 per person
Great for blowing away the winter cobwebs, any aspect can be covered from boat handling to navigation - you decide.
One 2 One - 1 Day - £300
A very intense course with personal coaching to the RYA Level 2 standard. A popular choice, as you have the Instructors attention throughout the course.
Certificate - RYA Level 2 standard
Own Boat Tuition - 1 Day - £200
What better way to learn than on your own boat? There are more requirements on the owner for this type of tuition, so please call for more details.
VHF(DSC) - 1 Day - £POA
A one day course for the Short Range Certificate (SRC) covering all radio procedures. Use of marine radio including GMDSS. Routine, distress and urgency procedures.
RYA Sea Survival - 1 Day - £POA
