Team Development

Designed to exercise and develop group dynamics, our team building experience will help your team to create efficiencies and achieve goals. By changing the environment and creating unorthodox challenges the requirements for planning, co-operation and communication becomes paramount. There is no environment more challenging and potentially hostile than the sea. When designing a team development solution we will focus sharply on tasks which require group cohesion and applied co-operation whilst generating competition and excitement.

RIB Familiarisation Days

Are you considering buying your own RIB, participating in RYA training, or just fancy a day out? You will be given the opportunity to drive (under supervision) a high performance RIB, usually achieving speeds of 50 knots, You will have the opportunity to discuss your plans with the skipper, be given advice on where to go and who to speak to, (depending on your requirement) and use us as an initial gateway into your own RIB adventure. In order to do this and give you the time you need we will usually limit the number of people to five, plus the skipper. You can find out more about our courses here.
